$24 Million Construction Loan Transaction
WWHGD attorneys, led by Matt Kramer, a veteran of dozens of similar transactions for major financial players, negotiated and closed on a $24 million construction loan in August 2016 on behalf of the borrower. In a complex transaction, the client/owner of a seven story, 50,000 square foot mixed-use project at the hub of the Miami Design District, secured the additional funding at precisely the moment needed to assure smooth and timely completion and build-out. In connection with the loan, WWHGD handled the corporate restructuring necessitated in part by the resolution of litigation on terms highly favorable to our client.
