Georgia Supreme Court Denies Certiorari; Ends Six Year Litigation.

The Supreme Court of Georgia denied certiorari review in Monte Davis v. Land Ron, et al., ending six years of litigation during which plaintiff unsuccessfully sought to add a WWHGD client, a global hotel, to a personal injury action.

Notable, this successful result occurred within a short 30 day span, of another appellate case win.  The Supreme Court of Georgia and the Georgia Court of Appeals affirmed two orders dismissing claims against two WWHGD clients, both of whom were represented by the team of Johnny Friedman, Gary Toman, Cecilia Orozco, and Jonathan Peak.
