ATLANTA (June 14, 2017) --- Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial is proud to announce the promotions of 2 attorneys, Jad Dial and Gary Toman, to partnership.
Jad Dial’s practice focuses on premises liability, transportation and legal malpractice. He has successfully represented national trucking companies and national property owners in high-profile cases. Jad graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia where he was Phi Beta Kappa and a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society. He received his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law where he was a member of the Order of the Barristers.
Gary Toman’s continues to help grow the firm’s appellate practice with his extensive knowledge and vast experience. Representing corporations, banks and professionals in complex litigation matters, business disputes, consumer class actions and catastrophic injury cases, Gary consistently achieves excellent results on behalf of clients. Gary is consistently ranked in Super Lawyers Magazine. He graduated cum laude from both Harvard College with an A.B. degree and Harvard Law School with a J.D. degree.
