Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial bolsters its top-tier trial practice with the addition of three trial lawyers, further increasing its capability throughout the southeast. Joining the firm are: Matthew Kramer, Of Counsel, Harold Lang III, Associate, and Alexander "Alec" Heydemann, Associate.
"In response to client demand, we continue to add key individuals and expand our Florida presence," said Dave Dial, WWHGD's managing partner. "We are thrilled to welcome these talented trial lawyers to our firm."
Lawrence Burkhalter, office managing partner for Miami, states, "Matt Kramer is a skilled trial lawyer with extensive experience in bankruptcy, real estate and corporate litigation. He offers our clients a unique perspective, having previously worked as both a top litigator for a large commercial litigation firm, as well as the assistant general counsel of one of the largest commercial mortgage special servicers in the country."
"Harold Lang, like Matt, is an experienced trial attorney with large firm experience. He specializes in premises and products liability, construction and toxic tort law."
"Alec Heydemann joined the firm in September after graduating top 5 % from his law school class at the University of Miami School of Law. He began working at WWHGD as a summer associate in 2013. Like all first year attorneys at the firm, Alec will work in many different practice groups."
"Like all WWHGD lawyers, Matt, Harold and Alec joined the firm because they want to try cases. Our reputation as a top-tier trial lawyer firm attracted these individuals to us. Their skills, experience and desire to be the best trial lawyers in the country attracted us to them. We are excited these three outstanding trial attorneys have joined our firm."
