WWHGD Announces New Partners and Members
Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial elected three attorneys to its partnership: Matthew Marrone and Shubhra Mashelkar.
Matthew Marrone’s practice focuses on construction litigation, government contract litigation and commercial contract litigation. He has defended contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, materialmen, engineers and design professionals throughout the United States. Mr. Marrone was a member of the firm’s defense team that received a successful result in one of the first cases in which a contractor on a design-build team sued its engineering subconsultant for alleged errors or omissions in the pre-proposal phase. He received both his B.A. and J.D. from Emory University.
Shubhra Mashelkar practices in the areas of business litigation, products liability, premises liability, professional negligence and toxic tort litigation. Additionally, she represents Indian companies in the United States in all facets of litigation. Ms. Mashelkar received her B.A. with distinction from the University of Pune, her M.A. with distinction from the University of Delhi, her M.A. from Georgia State University, and her J.D. from Georgia State University.
WWHGD also announces that Jeremy Alberts and Michael Paupeck are now Members of the firm. All promotions were effective January 1, 2014.
