Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial Elects New Partners and Members

ATLANTA, GEORGIA (January 1, 2022) – Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial is pleased to announce the election of Ryan T. Gormley and Phillip N. Smith, Jr. to the firm's partnership. Additionally, attorney Jason T. Vuchinich has been promoted to member of the firm. All promotions were effective January 1, 2022.

Gormley’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation and appeals. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants across a broad array of matters, including insurance coverage, catastrophic injury, complex construction, fraud, healthcare, products liability, and general business litigation. He also serves on the firm’s Pro Bono Committee. Prior to joining the firm, he clerked for Chief Justice Mark Gibbons of the Nevada Supreme Court. He earned his undergraduate degree from Penn State University and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law.
Smith guides clients through complex civil litigation in both state and federal courts involving insurance defense, catastrophic injuries and wrongful death, property disputes, and premises liability, as well as handles various administrative matters. He also serves as an officer in the United States Navy JAG Corps and handles a wide variety of military law matters. He earned his undergraduate degree, with distinction, from Stanford University and his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was an article editor for the Yale Journal on Regulation.
Vuchinich’s civil litigation practice focuses on catastrophic injury cases, often in the premises liability, transportation, and product liability contexts. He has represented a broad range of clients from national corporations and manufacturers, commercial and residential property owners, transportation companies, and small businesses. Vuchninich earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia.
