WWHGD Promotes Four Attorneys to Partnership in 2013
Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial proudly announces the addition of four attorneys to its partnership: Shannon Barrow, Lindsay Gatling, Steve Rapp and Joshua Swiger.
Shannon Barrow
Shannon Barrow practices in the areas of transportation litigation, medical malpractice, product liability and premises liability. Her cases have involved serious injury and wrongful death in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee and West Virginia, and she represents one of the largest national waste companies in personal injury and contract matters. She is an honors graduate of Emory University School of Law, and received her B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Lindsay Gatling
Lindsay Gatling has litigated and resolved cases involving serious injury and wrongful death throughout the country. Her practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on transportation litigation, product liability and premises liability. In 2011, Ms. Gatling was named a Georgia Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine. She received her J.D. cum laude from the University of Georgia, and her B.A. cum laude from Washington and Lee University.
Steve Rapp
Steve Rapp’s practice focuses on business issues, including construction disputes and insurance coverage. He has handled matters in Texas, Florida, Georgia and Louisiana. He received his J.D. cum laude from Florida State University, and his B.A. from the University of Georgia.
Josh Swiger
Josh Swiger has tried and resolved cases involving product liability and foodborne illness litigation, and he has been a speaker on the topic at numerous forums. He has represented clients in major foodborne illness outbreaks in venues across the United States with claims and suits involving allegations of personal injury, business interruption and breach of contract. In addition to his trial practice, Mr. Swiger has been recognized for his volunteerism and recently received the Truancy Intervention Project Georgia 2012 Glenda Hatchett Volunteer of the Year award. He received his J.D. from Rutgers University, and received a B.S.Ch.E. from West Virginia University.
WWHGD has also elected Brannon Arnold and Henry DeBardeleben as Members. All promotions were effective January 1, 2013.
