WWHGD Promotes Two Attorneys to Partnership in 2010

Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial LLC is pleased to announce that two attorneys have been promoted to the firm’s partnership: Lawrence “Larry” E. Burkhalter and Mark R. Johnson. Following is biographical information on each:

Larry Burkhalter is a resident in the firm’s Miami office and focuses his practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on catastrophic injury, product liability, premises liability and professional negligence. He has litigated and resolved cases involving serious injury, including wrongful death and permanent brain injury. Mr. Burkhalter was named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine in 2009. He received his B.A. from Michigan State University and his J.D. from the University of Miami.

Mark Johnson’s practice focuses on product liability, transportation litigation, toxic torts, construction litigation and premises liability. He has handled and resolved cases in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina and Tennessee. Mr. Johnson received both his B.A. and J.D. from Mercer University.
