"Defense Verdict for WWHGD in Wrongful Death Claim."

MIAMI (January 14, 2016) --- WWHGD successfully defended client Daniel Hernandez on a wrongful death claim. The suit involved a motorcyclist, driving twice the legal speed limit, who was killed when he collided with the defendant's truck. The jury deliberated 40 minutes and found Hernandez not negligent in the accident.
