WWHGD Announces 2025 Partner and Member Class
Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial is pleased to announce the election of Daniela LaBounty, Brittany Llewellyn, and Jason Vuchinich to the firm's full equity partnership. Additionally, attorneys Jessica Burns, Jose Herrera-Paez, Cecilia Orozco, Marriah Paige, and Adam Wittenstein are promoted to equity members of the firm. All were effective January 1, 2025.

Daniela LaBounty focuses her practice on complex catastrophic injury, mass tort, product liability, premises liability, and commercial litigation. Her thoughtful approach has resulted in favorable trial verdicts in catastrophic and high exposure cases. Fluent in Spanish, Daniela is admitted in Nevada and Utah and earned her J.D. from the University of Nevada, William S. Boyd School of Law.
Focusing on civil and commercial litigation, Brittany Llewellyn represents a broad range of clients in matters involving product liability, construction litigation, premises liability, catastrophic injury, and medical malpractice. Brittany earned her J.D. from the University of Nevada, William S. Boyd School of Law, and is licensed to practice in Nevada and Colorado courts.
Jason Vuchinich focuses his civil litigation practice on catastrophic injury cases, often involving premises liability, transportation, and product liability. He has represented a broad range of clients, including national corporations, manufacturers, property owners, transportation companies, and small businesses. Jason has litigated cases from the pre-suit stage through defense verdicts at trial. Licensed to practice law in Alabama and Georgia, he earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law.
With over a decade of C-suite experience in risk management and business development, Jessica Burns focuses on commercial and construction litigation, real estate transactions, and counseling construction execs on day-to-day legal issues. Licensed in Florida and Georgia, she earned her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
Jose Herrera-Paez brings extensive experience in private equity, venture capital, mergers, corporate structuring, commercial leasing, and corporate finance. Fluent in Spanish, he advises on risk management and commercial litigation. Licensed in Florida, Jose earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and previously practiced law in Venezuela.
With a concentration on catastrophic injury litigation, including premises liability and transportation, Cecilia Orozco is part of a team that serves as national and trial counsel for companies in various markets. Cecilia is fluent in Spanish and is licensed to practice in Florida and Georgia. Cecilia graduated, magna cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law.
Marriah Paige focuses on catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, including products liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, and personal injury matters. She also counsels healthcare professionals in board reviews and investigations and is part of a team that serves as counsel in the movie production and transportation industries. With extensive trial and mediation experience, Marriah is a published author and mentor. Licensed in Georgia, she earned her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law.
Focusing on civil and commercial litigation, Adam Wittenstein handles matters including construction law, premises liability, wrongful death, and high-exposure tort cases. Licensed in Georgia, he graduated, cum laude, from the University of Georgia College of Law.
