Partner Shane O'Neill has been selected to speak as part of a panel at the upcoming Claims Litigation Management 2018 Annual Conference in Houston, Texas.  The presentation “Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation: Update and Insights on Trends, Damages, Exposure and Strategy” will explore this growing trend in civil litigation and the unique challenges it presents.  Discussions will focus on plaintiff’s strategies in traumatic brain injury (“TBI”) cases, including the “surprise” TBI claim, how to build a defense team and best attack these strategies, and hot topics and ethical considerations when managing TBI claims.

Shane will present alongside Daniel Mitchell of AIG, Cindy Poortinga of NBIS and JJ Trevino of Valdez & Trevino.
