"Civil Discovery and Motion Rules: Big Changes Coming in January."
In an article published on September 13, 2024, in the Daily Business Review, Catherine Moussa discussed new orders issued by the Florida Supreme Court in May 2024 that changed the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
