Benjamin W. Carbone

Ben Carbone is a newly licensed civil defense attorney, having recently passed the Florida Bar.

A graduate of Stetson University College of Law, Ben has shown a strong dedication to defending clients in a variety of civil litigation cases including Construction and Commercial Litigation and Premises Liability.

During law school, he sharpened his advocacy skills through completing Stetson Law’s Honors Program, volunteering with a Public Defender’s office, and various internships.

Focused on providing thorough and strategic representation, Ben is committed to protecting his clients' rights while navigating the complexities of civil disputes with professionalism and integrity.

In his free time, Ben enjoys fishing, hunting, golf, and spending time with family and friends.
