Overview
Raised in a small town in the Texas Hill Country, Andrew Rodriguez understands the importance of hard work and integrity. His practice primarily includes handling liability defense and subrogation cases, representing individuals, commercial entities, and insurance companies as both plaintiffs and defendants.
Andrew zealously advocates for his clients in a variety of areas, including handling various torts, wrongful death, contractual, property damage, environmental pollution and remediation, and construction defect claims.
Before beginning his practice with Weinberg, Wheeler, Hudgins, Gunn & Dial, Andrew received his Bachelor of Arts in History, with a minor in Political Science, from Baylor University, and his Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law - Houston. During his time in law school, Andrew took part in a variety of programs and classes focused on sharpening his abilities in alternative dispute resolution, while serving as a clerk at a prestigious law firm specializing in products liability and mass torts. Upon becoming licensed, Andrew gained invaluable experience representing injured Texans as plaintiffs, before spending several years at an esteemed boutique liability defense firm in Houston. When Andrew is not practicing law, he enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends, reading, attending sporting events, and playing music.
