Overview

Anne Rodgers focuses her practice on matters relating to premises liability, negligent security, and catastrophic injury.

Before joining Weinberg Wheeler, Anne spent two summers as a Summer Associate at the firm, expanding her understanding of the practice of law and clients’ needs and strengthening her ability to anticipate those needs, problem-solve, and negotiate in favor of her clients.

Anne earned her J.D., cum laude, from Washington and Lee University School of Law, where she was a recipient of the Robert E.R. Huntley Law Scholarship and was Managing Editor of the Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, also from Washington and Lee University, where she was a Johnson Scholar and earned an Emory Kimbrough Jr. Award.

While not practicing law, Anne enjoys spending time with family and exercising.
