Overview
David Fear’s practice focuses on civil litigation defense, including tort claims, construction and commercial litigation, premises liability and negligent security, and trucking and transportation matters.
Before joining the firm, David served as State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit, where he tried over 80 cases, including first-degree murders with a focus on traffic homicide and child death. Following his time as a prosecutor, David handled auto accident and premises liability cases as a plaintiff’s attorney.
David received his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida and his Juris Doctorate from Wake Forest University School of Law.
In his free time, David enjoys traveling, playing soccer with his two young sons, and watching Pittsburgh Steeler football.
