Overview

Erika Martinez primarily focuses her practice on real estate transactions, contracts, and bankruptcy.

Prior to joining WWHGD, Erika represented lenders and title companies in various real estate transactions including purchase and sales agreements, reverse mortgages, refinances, and other transactional matters.

In 2020, Erika received her LL.M. in Transactional Law from Emory University School of Law. This fueled her interest in and allowed her to gain experience with negotiations and alternative dispute resolutions.
