Overview
Adam Wittenstein is a dedicated attorney whose practice spans general civil and commercial litigation, construction law, premises liability, professional negligence, wrongful death, and high-exposure tort litigation. With a keen understanding of his clients’ needs, Adam represents general contractors, property owners, property managers, commercial tenants, and national hotel companies, among others. His comprehensive experience encompasses all stages of litigation, from case assessment and discovery to resolution and trial.
Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Adam has deep roots in his community. A proud University of Georgia alumnus, he earned both his undergraduate and master’s degrees there before completing his Juris Doctor at the University of Georgia School of Law. Adam remains actively involved with his alma mater, serving as the Engagement Committee Member for the UGA School of Law's Young Alumni/Alumnae Committee. Additionally, he was selected as a member of the prestigious Clarke-Carley Inn of Court.
