Holmes has represented clients' eDiscovery interests for over 20 years working at top eDiscovery providers and law firms. In leadership roles, he has led eDiscovery Operations, Project Management, and IT teams from regional to international in scope. Notedly, he successfully guided a startup eDiscovery provider through rapid growth to successful acquisition as a partner and executive team member. In single contributor roles, Holmes has extensive hands-on experience with the entire Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) from forensically collecting and processing data through managing document reviews inclusive of leveraging AI.
