Heather’s practice focuses on complex civil defense litigation with an emphasis on premises liability, catastrophic injury and wrongful death, dram shop, professional liability and transportation claims. Admitted to practice in Florida, she has represented a broad range of clients in cases involving severe catastrophic injuries including traumatic brain injuries and wrongful death.

  • Assisted in the defense of a premises owner in a negligent security lawsuit involving the sexual assault and wrongful death of a patron.
  • Defended and obtained favorable settlement for a national grocery chain involving a slip and fall with severe personal injuries.
  • Defended and obtained favorable settlement for a national restaurant in a catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death Dram Shop lawsuit.
