Anna Idelevich

Anna’s practice focuses on high-stakes civil litigation with an emphasis on catastrophic injury, mass-tort, transportation, product liability, premises liability, and healthcare litigation. 

Admitted to practice in Georgia and Missouri, Anna has represented a broad range of clients in cases involving serious injury and wrongful death in over fifteen states.  

As a trial lawyer, Anna is prepared to step in and try the case at the eleventh hour. As a litigator, Anna seeks to collaborate with the client by maintaining a high level of communication and client engagement. She strives to understand the client’s business and incorporate the client’s goals, concerns, and values into the decision-making process.

Anna has been recognized as a Super Lawyers® “Rising Star” consecutively for the last four years and by Benchmark Litigation’s “40 Under 40 Hot List –South” in 2021. She has tried cases to verdict, including a case that landed on CVN's Top 10 Most Impressive Defense Verdicts of 2018.

Before joining WWHGD, Anna worked for the United States Senate and the Office of the Attorney General of Georgia as an extern. While at Emory University School of Law, Anna was a competitor on the nationally recognized Emory Law Mock Trial Team.  She has remained involved with various trial advocacy programs, serving as the lead coordinator for the Georgia High School Mock Trial Competition in 2016, and an instructor for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy Depositions Skills program in 2017.

Anna is originally from Russia, lived in Israel for 10 years, and speaks Russian and Hebrew fluently. In her free time, Anna enjoys spending time with her husband and two rescue dogs.

• Defense verdict at trial on behalf of CrossFit in a case seeking multi-millions. The case landed CVN's Top 10 Most Impressive Defense Verdicts of 2018.
• Obtained a defense verdict at trial on behalf of a national trucking company in a case arising out of a deadly tractor-trailer accident.
• Assisted in obtaining a favorable settlement at trial for one of the world’s largest defense technology manufacturers in a case involving product liability claims.
• Defended the world's largest flavoring manufacturer in cases nationwide involving allegations that exposure to flavoring chemicals caused irreversible lung disease in hundreds of workers and consumers.
• Successfully settling 27 toxic tort product liability lawsuits involving allegations of worker exposure to flavoring chemicals.
• Assisted in defending and successfully settling trucking lawsuits against a global beverage company.
• Assisted in defending and successfully settling a lawsuit involving a fatal airplane crash.
• Won an appeal at the Eighth Circuit and obtained dismissal of all claims against three Federal Emergency Management Agency private contractors in a flood mapping engineering lawsuit.
• Obtained a plaintiff’s verdict against a county on behalf of a teen who suffered a traumatic brain injury.
• Currently defending property owners in negligent security litigation at all stages of litigation, including trial.
• Currently defending a global power management company in litigation across the country.
• Currently defending multiple senior skilled nursing facilities against allegations of abuse, neglect, and professional malpractice.
• Successful defense and prosecution of appeals in Georgia and Missouri.
