Overview

Jessica Recarey-Valenzuela is an Associate in Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial's Las Vegas office.

Her practice primarily focuses on business litigation, commercial litigation, premise liability, and complex civil litigation. A graduate of William S. Boyd School of Law, she brings a unique perspective to her practice, informed by her prior career as a middle school math teacher and student advisor. Jessica’s teaching background enhances her ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly, while her bilingual skills enable her to connect with Spanish-speaking clients.

Before joining the firm, Jessica served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Joanna S. Kisher in Clark County’s Eighth Judicial District Court working with a complex docket of business court, construction defect, and civil matters.  This experience has equipped her with invaluable insights into court operations and judicial decision-making particularly within the business litigation and complex civil litigation context.  This background allows her to anticipate potential challenges, craft stronger legal arguments, and provide clients with a well-rounded perspective on case strategy.
