Brittany Llewellyn’s practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation, with an emphasis on products liability, catastrophic injury, construction litigation, premises liability, and medical malpractice. Representative Experience
- Obtained summary judgment on behalf of utility company in high exposure case where Plaintiff alleged violations of the NESC.
- Represented industrial equipment manufacturer in a breach of contract case. After 8 days of trial, secured a complete dismissal of all claims against the client.
- Successful defense of deceptive trade practice, statutory fraud, and breach of contract claims through summary judgment.
