Overview
Nicole Oña's practice focuses on matters involving catastrophic injury, construction litigation, premises liability and negligent security, and mass torts.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Science cum laude from University of Miami in 2013 with a major in Media Management and a minor in Psychology. She then received her Juris Doctor cum laude from University of Miami School of Law in 2022. During law school, Nicole was the Online Publication Editor for the Inter-American Law Review. She also served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Beth Bloom at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the Honorable Bronwyn C. Miller at the Florida Third District Court of Appeal.
Before joining the legal profession, Nicole held various positions in multi-national media companies. There, she primarily marketed television channels in Latin America, working closely with media partners throughout the region.
