Ethan A. Wilkinson

Ethan Wilkinson has represented individuals and businesses in a variety of matters. He predominately works in the construction industry, representing general contractors, subcontractors, owners, and other parties on contract issues and construction claims, including a focus on evaluating his clients' risks and litigation exposure and counseling them on how to strengthen their position. 

In addition to his construction work, Ethan also represents clients on employment-related issues, including in litigation, on professional liability and products liability cases, and on premises liability cases. 

As second chair trial counsel, prevailed in a breach of contract trial against an Oklahoma-based general contractor, obtaining a judgment of over $800,000 including interest and attorneys' fees on behalf of a subcontractor.

Defended premises liability case to defense verdict in suit alleging owner failed to properly maintain escalator causing plaintiff to have his shoe caught in the treads, fall, and injure back.

Obtained summary judgment in premises liability case alleging defendant failed to maintain proper lighting or signage warning of fall hazard over ledge. 

Successfully obtained numerous no cause determinations to Charges of Discrimination from the EEOC (and equivalent agencies in multiple states) for employers in Title VII, ADA, and similar charges.
