Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial Elects New Partners and Members
Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial is pleased to announce the election of Emily Quan to the firm’s partnership. Additionally, attorneys Colby Balkenbush, Aaron Cohn and Kyle Jackson have been promoted to members of the firm. All promotions were effective January 1, 2020.

Quan focuses her practice on civil litigation. She has extensive experience representing clients in catastrophic injury, transportation, product liability, professional liability, premises liability, healthcare litigation, and nursing home and long-term care litigation. Quan often handles matters involving complex claims and injuries for multiple plaintiffs and defendants. She has successfully tried cases, obtained defense verdicts and won dismissals in both state and federal courts. Quan earned her undergraduate degree from Pepperdine University and her law degree from Emory University, where she was the executive administrative editor for the Emory International Law Review.
Balkenbush represents clients in complex civil litigation in both state and federal courts involving breach of contract actions, civil fraud, property and construction disputes, and surety related litigation involving performance bonds. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada, Reno and his law degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas William S. Boyd School of Law, where he served as the articles editor for the Nevada Law Journal.
Cohn focuses his practice on lending and business disputes, professional negligence, construction litigation, and catastrophic injuries. He has successfully tried and arbitrated disputes to verdict and award. Cohn earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, his masters of science from the London School of Economics and his law degree from the George Washington University School of Law
Jackson represents businesses and individuals in high-stakes, high exposure cases in state and federal courts. He focuses his practices on complex civil litigation and appellate matters with an emphasis in negligent security and premises liability, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, product liability, professional liability and commercial litigation. Jackson earned his undergraduate degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his law degree from Georgia State University College of Law.
