WWHGD Promotes Larry Burkhalter to Partnership in 2010

Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial LLC is pleased to announce that Lawrence "Larry" E. Burkhalter has been promoted to the firm’s partnership. Following is biographical information:

Larry Burkhalter is a resident in the firm’s Miami office and focuses his practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on catastrophic injury, product liability, premises liability and professional negligence. He has litigated and resolved cases involving serious injury, including wrongful death and permanent brain injury. Mr. Burkhalter was named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine in 2009. He received his B.A. from Michigan State University and his J.D. from the University of Miami.
